Stan's fez switches between two designs throughout the episode. It looks like Pac-Man's mouth is wider in one shot than the other, but open both times. The narrower mouth is the normal design after Boss Mabel.

Stan's tattoo - dream sequence
Thanks to the Stan's Tattoo short, it's now common knowledge that Stan has a tattoo on his back. But during his fantasy sequence, in the place where the tattoo should be, it simply says "OLHV". This, when decoded with the Caesar cipher (3 letters back), spells "LIES".

McGucket: Nobody make any sudden movements or loud noises.
McGucket is not entirely insane; that role was left to Nathaniel Northwest. He still has moments of sanity, and could possibly have been trying to get eaten himself by the dinosaur, in hopes of eating his way out and saving everyone else.
I can live without the kid talkin' to me all the time.
I think this, along with Soos's earlier line, foreshadows a tough decision for Dipper and Mabel to make at the end of the summer. It's shown that Stan really can't live without Mabel talking to him.
