The Gravity Falls Gossiper seems to have a lot of stories about aliens and UFOs. UFOs are seen in various locations around town, including the Mystery Shack gift shop. Stan opened a portal to "infinite new worlds" at the end of season 1. I think we will see aliens in season 2.
