Which one of these is the trap door?

Stan apparently has a trap door behind his armchair, which he would use if the tax collector found him. Where does it lead? (Maybe to his secret lab?) Why was it built? What is on the other side? There are a lot of questions here, and not a lot of answers.

Yeah, alright. My favorite part's the theme song.

I'm not short! / How did the journal get up there in the first place?

Why did Dipper put the journal where he couldn't reach it?

It still hurts, but less. / Gideon

It is interesting to note that in the episode in which size was a major issue, Gideon, a lot of whose charm comes from his size, is the antagonist.

...and they'll devour the shack with you inside! / he was bluffing

It's obvious that the Cursed Egyptian Super Termites were not going to devour the Shack. Gideon was bluffing. We also know that Gideon wants to exact revenge on the Pines family, "But not enough to harm 'em." But why? Is it because he needs the Shack? Could it be because he doesn't want to hurt Mabel? Or does he know that at some future date, he will need their help?

I wanna take pictures of this! / Text me a photo?!?

...How did the caterpillar stop growing?...

When the caterpillar walked under the pink and blue lights from the crystal, it shrunk under the pink light and grew under the blue. But it stopped growing before it was out of range of the blue crystal. How is this possible?

Mouth breathin' fools

This is a very strange statement from Lil' Gideon. I am really at a loss for what it could possibly mean.

One day... / You think you could wear this hat?

Soos puts on Stan's fez and says "One day..." It could mean that he wants to own the Mystery Shack one day, and this is seemingly backed up in Boss Mabel, when wearing the fez seems to symbolize running the Shack. But it could also mean that Soos is in the Royal Order of the Holy Mackerel, the fez symbolizes a high position in the secret society, and Soos wants to someday obtain this high position.

...finally the same height again.

How did Mabel get out of that bag?

My sky high prices!

This is what Bud Gleeful says when Dipper and Mabel unleash the flying discount dollar. I couldn't make it out at first, which is why I wrote it down.

The shack is mine, Stanford Pines! / How does the fez not shrink?

Gideon shrinks Soos when he steps into the Shack, but oddly enough, the fez doesn't shrink.

Oh hi Gideon. I've been looking for someone to test out my new mirror maze. Then again, you're an idiot. That's the end of the sentence.

crystal - "help soos"

This was probably done for comedic effect. When Soos gets the attention of Dipper and Mabel, moments after they have destroyed the crystal, he has already arranged the shards to spell out "help soos".

Mrs. Gleeful looking terrified

Who is Mrs. Gleeful? Is she Carla McCorkle, as some fans believe? Has she been through some kind of horrible trauma, which is the reason of her avoidance of her family? We don't know, and it's probably going to be revealed later.
