Mabel was holding Waddles after she, Soos and Wendy played a round of Spin the Pig. It's probably just a goof.
I'm not gonna answer that question.
First, Stan has a habit of lying, distorting the truth, or just remaining silent. This line is a reference to the final story in this episode, Trooth Ache. Second, it's hinted here that Stan may have actually kissed a pig before.
Reporter Calls Mo... Pleasant (Mom?)
This is part of the headline in the Gravity Falls Gossiper newspaper Stan is reading at the very beginning. It's possibly a reference to the fact that the paper is failing, or it could have satirical connotations. (In other words, it could be pointing out that newscasters decide what is and is not news, and/or that the top stories in the news are often very trivial.)

One could take this line and twist it to mean that Old Man McGucket is Bill Cipher. The reason nobody does, I think, is that the rest of the evidence seems to counteract this theory.
