Here is the problem with that scene. The copy machine Stan is using is the same one as the cloning copy machine in Double Dipper. So how did Stan not copy all the monsters of Gravity Falls? I have two scenarios. First, there's a code that can switch the copy machine so that it only copies pictures. Second, the copy machine only copies human beings, and not creatures.
Big Mysteries Board
First, the mysteries themselves. Not much is revealed here, but there are parts of the board dedicated to Bill, Gideon, the Shack, the town, the journals, and possibly the anomalies themselves. There is also a cryptogram. Read with the Caesar cipher backwards, it reads "Why is Wendy so perfect?" As this is created by Dipper, it makes sense he would say that. But it doesn't make sense that he would know the code.

Stan has a code word for Soos to yell if he sees a government vehicle. This, coupled with Stan's reaction, shows that the last thing Stan wants is for the government to get involved. We knew he was a con man, but we had no idea it was this bad. Or maybe we did.

I know what you're thinking. He sells money for more money than it's worth. But we've seen Stan with a dollar up his sleeve before, in Dipper vs Manliness.

Agent Powers kneels down to talk to Dipper, as an equal. He knows that Dipper has a lead that they're looking for, so he makes Dipper feel comfortable.
Look, between you and me, I believe there's a conspiracy of paranormal origin all connected to this town.
Although it just sounds like what we already know, this could be a huge lead. If the government knows about this, they must have been searching for evidence just like the kids were. I have a hunch we will hear more evidence from Agent Powers's mouth later in the season.
